Many anti P2P organizations look at torrent traffic to monitor people downloading copyrighted material.  On some occasions, the company that owns the copyright will mail letters to people that they discover downloading their movies or music.  Usually they are just strongly worded letters saying that you are downloading copyrighted material and that you should stop doing so.  Some people came up with the idea of identifying which IP addresses belong to these anti P2P organizations and blocking on uTorrent so they don’t list as a connected peer.  To do this, Bluetack’s Blocklist Manager is required.  Instructions are also below (Note also the additional step required: also at the bottom).

An additional step is required at the end, which is exporting the list to uTorrent.  To do that, just hit the “Export List” button.
