What to do with a window that is trapped off the screen

Because of my dual monitor setup, sometimes programs don’t really remember what screen appears on which screen and in very rare cases, the window shows up on neither screen.  The following key commands should help fix that.

1. Select the hidden screen (using the taskbar or some other method)
2. Press ‘Alt+Space’ (a window should pop up with a few options)
3. Press ‘M’ to enable the move option
4. Use the arrow keys to bring the hidden window back into view

It works like a charm!
